The Settlement on Savannah’s popular Wilmington Island is one of the newer communities on the islands. Most homes in this community were built between 1990 and 2000. These single and two story brick homes offer a more modern floorplan than many of the older island neighborhoods that were built in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Prices currently range from the low 200s to high 200s with square footage averaging around 2500 square feet. Lot sizes are quite generous and the trees and landscaping are mature. A great family neighborhood with winding roads and sidewalks.

This hidden jewel of a neighborhood on Savannah’s beautiful Whitemarsh Island is located off beautiful Johnny Mercer Blvd. These high end stucco homes are set among beautiful landscaping and offer modern floorplans and lots of upgrades. Prices typically range from the mid 250s to just over 300,000. A very convenient location near golf, marina, shopping, restaurants, the Island’s YMCA and under 10 minutes from the beach as well as the downtown Savannah historic district.
