Berwick Plantation, Stonebridge is a newer residential neighborhood of homes built in the past few years and still growing. Great neighborhood for families, amenities include tennis, swimming and a children’s playground. Current prices from just under 200k to the mid 300s in a variety of floorplans and exteriors including brick, siding and stucco and up to almost 4000 square ft.
Stonebridge is a very attractive neighborhood with sidewalks for walking and beautiful landscaping. Many homes are loaded with upgrades including high ceilings, hardwood floors, solid surface counters and large master suites with luxurious bathrooms.
There’s lots of convenient shopping nearby at the Berwick Plantation shopping center and Stonebridge is just a short drive to midtown and historic Savannah, Ga as well as
